Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and Coordinate Staff: Oversee the activities of our kitchen staff, ensuring that they are working efficiently and effectively to meet our high standards.
- Train and Develop Staff: Provide guidance and training to our staff to help them develop their skills and knowledge, and to ensure that they are equipped to provide excellent service to our customers.
- Manage Inventory and Supplies: Estimate and order ingredients and supplies as needed, and maintain accurate records of stock levels and usage.
- Ensure Quality Control: Monitor and maintain the quality of our food and service, ensuring that it meets our high standards and exceeds customer expectations.
- Prepare Budgets and Reports: Prepare and submit reports on sales, inventory, and other key metrics, and develop and manage budgets to ensure the financial health of our restaurant.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role
- Language: English
- Work Hours: 40 hours per week
Our restaurant is a fast-paced environment where you will be working under pressure to meet tight deadlines. You will be required to stand for extended periods and perform physically demanding tasks.
