Job Title: Factory Helper

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Factory Helper to join our team at Vitrerie Lepage 1995. As a key member of our production team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our manufacturing processes.

Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the production process, including checking and weighing materials and products.
  • Work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail and a focus on quality.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve production goals and deadlines.
  • Perform repetitive tasks with physical demands, including standing for extended periods and lifting up to 23 kg (50 lbs).
  • Use personal protective equipment, including steel-toed safety boots, safety glasses/goggles, and gloves.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
  • Ability to work in a dusty and noisy environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic work environment.
  • Reliability and punctuality in meeting deadlines and commitments.
