Factory Assistant

Vitrerie Lepage 1995 is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented individual to join our manufacturing team as a Factory Assistant. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting our production team in ensuring the efficient and safe operation of our factory.
Key Responsibilities- Material Handling: Assist in checking and weighing materials and products to ensure accuracy and quality.
- Quality Control: Monitor and report any defects or issues with products or materials.
- Team Support: Collaborate with production team members to achieve production goals and deadlines.
- Work Environment: Work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment with a focus on safety and efficiency.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent.
- Experience: Willingness to train and learn on the job.
- Physical Demands: Ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 23 kg (50 lbs), and perform repetitive tasks.
- Personal Qualities: Punctuality, dependability, efficient interpersonal skills, flexibility, initiative, and reliability.
