Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to join our team at Taione Trading LTD. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our staff, ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to our staff, including answering telephone calls, responding to emails, and preparing correspondence.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including minutes of meetings, seminars, and conferences.
  • Office Procedures: Determine and establish office procedures and routines to ensure efficient operation.
  • Scheduling: Schedule and confirm appointments, meetings, and events.
  • Inventory Management: Order office supplies and maintain inventory levels.
  • Document Preparation: Type and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
  • Work Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week.
