Marine Mechanical Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Marine Mechanical Engineer to join our team at Seaspan ULC. As a Marine Mechanical Engineer, you will be responsible for supervising and inspecting the installation of mechanical systems, developing maintenance standards, schedules, and programs, and planning and managing projects.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and inspect the installation of mechanical systems to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Develop and implement maintenance standards, schedules, and programs to ensure the reliability and efficiency of mechanical systems.
- Plan and manage projects, including preparing material, cost, and timing estimates, reports, and design specifications for machinery and systems.
- Prepare contract documents and evaluate tenders for industrial construction or maintenance.
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
- 5 years or more of experience in marine mechanical engineering or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of computer-aided design (CAD) and 3D graphic software.
