About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Mortgage Specialist Associate to join our team at BMO Financial Group. As a key member of our mortgage team, you will play a crucial role in cultivating and building relationships with referral networks, identifying sales opportunities, and executing effective marketing and sales programs.

In this dynamic role, you will be responsible for inputting and mitigating credit applications, monitoring approved home financing applications, and providing administrative support by maintaining a database of third-party referral sources and customers.

You will also ensure that third-party referral sources are kept aware of the latest BMO offers and news, prepare and send updated rate sheets, and provide marketing, event coordination, and general administrative support to assist the Mortgage Specialist in effectively maintaining positive and ongoing contact with their broader referral network.

Additionally, you will complete pre- and post-sales activities that support business and market share growth, understand customer needs to offer financial solutions that meet customer goals, and deliver exceptional customer service that builds trust through expertise, responsive service, and support.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about mortgage lending and has excellent relationship management skills, problem-solving skills, and analytical and problem-solving skills.

We offer a competitive salary range of $35,000 to $52,000 per year, plus performance-based incentives, discretionary bonuses, and other perks and rewards.
