Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Clinical Assistant or Physician Assistant to join our Radiation Oncology team. This role will involve providing patient care, taking histories and physicals, and participating in multidisciplinary teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide patient care and support in inpatient and outpatient settings
  • Take histories and physicals, and document patient information
  • Participate in multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care

Requirements

  • Eligible for registration as a Clinical Assistant or Physician Assistant with the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Manitoba
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Current CPR certification

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working with complex medical patients and cancer patients
  • Experience with ARIA and other medical software
  • Ability to speak French
