Healthcare Support Specialist

As a member of our dynamic team, you will play a vital role in supporting clients' independence and ability to remain at home. In this position, you will provide essential services by assisting with daily living activities, promoting maximum independence, and contributing to comprehensive care plans.
Typical Responsibilities Include:
• Providing personal care support, such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and oral hygiene
• Maintaining a safe and healthy home environment through household duties
• Preparing meals in accordance with designated dietary plans
• Assisting with mobility and transfers to ensure client safety
• Observing and reporting changes in client behavior and condition
• Performing delegated tasks according to training and established procedures
We have multiple permanent part-time positions available in Penticton.
