  • Train and Develop Staff

  • Ensure Quality Control
    • Ensure that all food and service meet our high standards of quality and customer satisfaction.
    • Conduct regular quality control checks to identify areas for improvement.
  • Prepare Budgets and Reports
    • Prepare and submit budgets and reports to management, highlighting areas for improvement and cost savings opportunities.
  • Address Customer Complaints
    • Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Maintain Records and Reports
    • Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.

Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience
    • 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a food service supervisory role.
  • Certifications and Licenses
    • Safe Food Handling certificate.
  • Personal Qualities
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure.
    • Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
