At Home Hardware Stores, we're looking for a talented Treasury Manager to join our team. As a key member of our Corporate Finance department, you'll play a crucial role in managing our company's financial resources and ensuring the successful execution of our business strategies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the periodic cash management process, including forecasting, analysis, communication of results, and reporting to the Leadership Team.
  • Prepare timely and accurate bank reporting on a monthly basis.
  • Contribute to the management, development, implementation, and execution of banking and credit rating strategies and negotiations.
  • Build and maintain positive business relationships with banking and credit rating partners.
  • Provide leadership, coaching, and guidance to stakeholders throughout the organization to drive business results and support growth and development with respect to the treasury function.
  • Ensure compliance with accounting policies and standards.
  • Coordinate the derivatives platforms, including strategy development, trade liaison, and execution.
  • Prepare Treasury presentations to the leadership team and external banking and credit rating partners.
  • Manage the company's cash flow, ensuring that we have sufficient liquidity to meet our financial obligations.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or Accounting. A CPA designation is preferred.
  • Five to ten years' experience in Finance, Banking, or Treasury is preferred.
  • Proven ability to interact and consult with key-senior decision makers.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to establish credibility with the broad management team to positively impact business performance.
  • Excellent computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Experience with Oracle Financials and MS Dynamics 365 would be an asset.
  • Highly developed business and financial acumen to drive business performance, embracing change and innovation.
  • Utmost accuracy, attention to detail, and high level of confidentiality.
  • Ability to work additional or varied hours as required to fulfill the responsibilities of the position.
