Power Platform Architect and Copilot Expert

At Softchoice, we're on a mission to empower organizations to be agile and innovative. As a M365 Workplace and Power Platform Architect, you'll play a pivotal role in driving the architecture, design, and implementation of Power Platform solutions for our clients. With a strong focus on integration, security, and governance, you'll ensure seamless interactions between Power Platform services and external systems.
Your Key Responsibilities- Guide clients on leveraging the Microsoft Power Platform to address current business needs and position them for future solutions.
- Collaborate with development and architecture teams to deliver enterprise-grade solutions that exceed client expectations.
- Develop solutions that adhere to best practices and methodologies, ensuring effective and maintainable solutions.
- Participate in discovery workshops, requirements gathering, documentation development, and pre-sales sessions.
- Train client end-users and junior team members on Power Platform development techniques, including application lifecycle management.
- Work closely with project managers to support client status reporting and other artifacts.
- Stay up-to-date with new technologies and improvements to current technologies to inform your analysis of their impact on current and future implementations.
We're seeking an experienced Power Platform professional with a strong background in Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Power Pages, and Power Virtual Agents (MS Copilot). Your expertise should include:
- Extensive experience (10+ years) working with Power Platform services.
- Development and deployment of multiple Power Platform projects to external organizations.
- Understanding of Power Platform governance and security concepts.
- Experience with Azure services, such as Azure Logic Apps and Azure Service Bus.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to lead, mentor, and inspire a team of developers.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Relevant certifications in Microsoft Power Platform are highly desirable. Additionally, experience with Power Pages, Azure DevOps, and Agile methodologies would be a plus.
