As a Power Platform Architect, you'll play a pivotal role in driving the architecture, design, and implementation of Power Platform solutions for our clients. With a strong focus on integration, security, and best practices, you'll ensure seamless solutions that meet client expectations.

What You'll Do
  • Guide clients on leveraging Microsoft Power Platform to solve current business needs and position them for future solutions.
  • Collaborate with development and architecture teams to deliver enterprise-grade solutions that meet deadlines and budgetary constraints.
  • Develop solutions that follow best practices and methodologies to ensure effective, maintainable solutions.
  • Participate in discovery workshops, requirements gathering discussions, documentation development, and pre-sales sessions.
  • Train client end-users and junior team members on Power Platform development techniques, including application lifecycle management.
  • Work with project managers to support client status reporting and other artifacts.
  • Stay up-to-date with new technologies and improvements to current technologies to analyze their impact on current and future implementations.
What We're Looking For
  • 10+ years of experience working with Power Platform services, including Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Power Pages, and Power Virtual Agents (MS Copilot).
  • Development and deployment of multiple Power Platform projects to external organizations, including Canvas Applications, Model Driven Applications, and Power Automate solutions.
  • Understanding of Power Platform governance and security concepts and how to implement them.
  • Experience with Azure services, such as Azure Logic Apps, Azure Service Bus, and understanding their role in potential automation solutions.
  • Experience with Power Pages (Dynamic Portals / Power Apps Portals).
  • Dataverse is a plus.
  • MS Copliot, Azure OpenAI is a BIG plus.
  • Experience with Web/REST APIs, Graph APIs.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
  • Proven experience in designing and implementing complex Power Platform solutions, including integration with external services and systems.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to lead, mentor, and inspire a team of developers.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively convey technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong interest in Microsoft Copilot and its integration with the M365 suite.
Desirable Skills
  • Relevant certifications in Microsoft Power Platform (e.g., Power Platform Functional Consultant, Power Platform Developer) are highly desirable.
  • Experience deploying and maintaining the Power Platform Center of Excellence (CoE).
  • Experience developing web pages using CSS, jQuery, JavaScript, and the Bootstrap framework.
  • Experience developing PCF controls and their installation/configuration.
  • Dynamics 365 customizations.
  • Experience with Azure DevOps and its integration into the Power Platform.
  • Exposure to AI concepts, including creation and utilization of custom models.
  • Exposure to Power Virtual Agents (PVA) and their development/deployment.
  • Experience with Liquid + Power Page extensions is a plus.
  • Experience in Agile methodologies and familiarity with DevOps practices is a plus.
  • Strong interest in the development of AI/ML powered data solutions that are integrated with M365.
