Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Sales Team Leader to join our team. This is a permanent, full-time position with a competitive salary of $55,000 per year.


Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and train sales staff to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to excel in their roles.
  • Assign tasks and duties to sales workers based on their strengths and areas for improvement.
  • Hire and train new staff members, or arrange for external training programs as needed.
  • Authorize payments by cheque and manage cash handling procedures.
  • Order merchandise and maintain inventory levels to meet customer demand.
  • Establish and manage work schedules to ensure adequate staffing during peak periods.
  • Sell merchandise and provide excellent customer service to drive sales growth.

Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1-2 years of experience in sales or retail management.
