We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Automotive Parts Representative to join our team at Lordco Auto Parts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service experience, ensuring a positive and welcoming environment for all customers.
- Utilize your automotive knowledge to provide accurate and helpful recommendations for aftermarket auto parts and accessories.
- Collaborate with fellow staff members to source, order, and deliver solutions for customers, ensuring timely and efficient service.
- Continuously develop and expand your automotive knowledge to stay up-to-date on industry trends and products.
- Perform a variety of tasks throughout the store to ensure the team's success and achieve sales goals.
Requirements:
- 0-2 years of automotive and/or sales experience preferred, or currently enrolled in a post-secondary automotive program.
- Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with customers in a friendly, enthusiastic, and positive manner.
- Basic automotive knowledge is considered an asset.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail, time management, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to lift items up to 50lbs.
