About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Automotive Parts Representative to join our team at Lordco Auto Parts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service experience, ensuring a positive and welcoming environment for all customers.
  • Utilize your automotive knowledge to provide accurate and helpful recommendations for aftermarket auto parts and accessories.
  • Collaborate with fellow staff members to source, order, and deliver solutions for customers, driving sales and customer satisfaction.
  • Continuously develop and expand your automotive knowledge to stay up-to-date on industry trends and products.
  • Perform a variety of tasks to ensure the success of the store team, including receiving, stocking, and merchandising products.

Requirements:

  • 0-2 years of experience in automotive sales or a related field, or currently enrolled in a post-secondary automotive program.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with customers in a friendly, enthusiastic, and positive manner.
  • Basic automotive knowledge is considered an asset, but not required.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong attention to detail, time management, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to lift items up to 50lbs.
