Restaurant Operations Assistant

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Restaurant Operations Assistant to join our team at Finlayson Hospitality Partners Inc.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitor revenues to determine labour costs and optimize operational efficiency.
  • Plan and organize daily restaurant operations, ensuring seamless execution of services.
  • Recruit and train staff to meet the needs of our restaurant.
  • Set staff work schedules to ensure adequate coverage and minimize labor costs.
  • Determine the type of services to be offered and implement operational procedures to meet customer demands.
  • Conduct performance reviews to evaluate staff performance and provide constructive feedback.
  • Cost products and services to ensure profitability and competitiveness.
  • Organize and maintain inventory to prevent stockouts and minimize waste.
  • Ensure health and safety regulations are followed to maintain a safe working environment.
  • Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
