Food Service Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Tutti Frutti Breakfast and Lunch. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of our kitchen and service areas.
Key Responsibilities:- Establish and maintain efficient work schedules to meet the demands of our busy restaurant.
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of our kitchen staff, ensuring that food is prepared and served to the highest standards.
- Train and develop our team members in their job duties, sanitation procedures, and safety protocols.
- Estimate and manage food and supply inventory to ensure we have the necessary resources to meet customer demand.
- Maintain quality control standards in all aspects of our food service, including food preparation, presentation, and customer service.
- Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Manage records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage to inform our business decisions.
- Prepare and submit reports to management on a regular basis.
- 1-2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a fast-paced food service environment.
- College diploma or equivalent in a related field, such as hospitality or culinary arts.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and train a team.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities.
