Food Service Supervisor

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Alberta Ltd O/A Subway. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of our food service department.
Key Responsibilities:- Establish and implement efficient work schedules to meet customer demand
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of food preparation staff to ensure high-quality food and excellent customer service
- Monitor and maintain quality control standards for food and service
- Prepare and manage budgets and cost estimates for food and supplies
- Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner
- Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage
- Prepare and submit regular reports to management
- 1-2 years of experience in a food service or related industry
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure
- Client-focused and team-oriented
