Responsibilities:

* Provide administrative support to the operations team
* Coordinate travel arrangements and itineraries
* Perform data entry and maintain accurate records
* Requisition and order materials, equipment, and supplies
* Perform routine clerical duties
* Coordinate work activities with other departments
* Schedule assignments and coordinate activities of vehicle operators, crews, and equipment
* Maintain inventory and track shipments
* Follow up on issues with work orders

Requirements:

* College diploma or equivalent
* 7 months to less than 1 year of experience
* Valid driver's license
* Ability to multitask and work with minimal supervision
* Strong organizational and time management skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
