About the Role

CSC Generation Holdings is a leading technology company that is revolutionizing the retail industry by acquiring and transforming store and catalog-based retailers into high-performing, digital-first brands. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in driving our financial operations and strategy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Planning and Analysis: Develop and implement financial planning and analysis processes to drive business growth and profitability.
  • Financial Reporting: Provide accurate and timely financial reporting to executive management and the Board, including forecasting, budgeting, and resource allocation.
  • Financial Operations: Oversee the enterprise-level budget process and consolidate and synthesize brand-level budgets into a consolidated financial plan.
  • Process Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements to achieve efficiency gains and quality improvements.
  • Capital Raising: Support capital raising efforts by anticipating due diligence requests, gathering and synthesizing data, and presenting data in an articulate manner.
  • Strategic Planning: Develop long-term plans and strategies to position the company for a successful IPO.
  • Talent Management: Attract, retain, and promote individuals suited to operate in an entrepreneurial, fast-paced environment.
Requirements
  • Experience: 10+ years of executive-level finance experience leading an organization through time-sensitive and stressful initiatives.
  • Industry Expertise: Proven experience working at a successful e-commerce/retail or fintech company.
  • Leadership Skills: Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in financial planning and analysis, financial reporting, and process improvement.
  • Travel: Ability to travel as needed.
