Executive Director of Finance

About the Role:
This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Director of Finance at a leading P&C insurance organization. As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a critical role in driving the vision for our finance department and leading cross-functional projects to drive business results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive the vision for the finance department and lead cross-functional projects to drive business results.
- Contribute to and be part of ongoing transformation, including aggressive growth plans and new lines of business.
- Manage and improve the organization's financial performance and direct/optimizes its finance operations.
- Oversee accounting records, evaluate and manage risk, ensure compliance with regulations, publish financial statements, and analyze financial data.
- Gain an overarching perspective of the entire P&C industry and work with major market players to influence industry-wide outcomes.
Requirements:
- At least 3 years' experience in the P&C insurance industry.
- CPA designation required.
- 12 years of well-rounded experience in all facets of finance & accounts, with at least 2 years in a leadership position as Director/Senior Manager managing a small team.
- Deep insight into the finer nuances of the functioning of the P&C insurance industry.
