Key Responsibilities
  • Household Management: Assume full responsibility for household management in the absence of parents, including light housekeeping and cleaning duties.
  • Child Care: Bathe, dress, and feed infants and children, as well as supervise and care for them.
  • Meal Preparation: Prepare and serve nutritious meals for the children.
  • Education Support: Help children with homework and provide guidance on personal hygiene and social development.
  • Health and Safety: Maintain a safe and healthy environment in the home, including keeping records of daily activities and health information regarding children.
  • Travel and Errands: Travel with the family on trips and assist with child supervision and housekeeping duties, as well as take children to and from school and to appointments.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Language: English.
  • Asset Languages: Urdu.
  • Work Environment: Non-smoking and scent-free environment.
  • Work Setting: Employer's home, with optional accommodation available at no charge on a live-in basis.
