Digital Insurance Operations Manager

We are seeking a seasoned professional to drive the growth and engagement of our digital acquisition program in Canada. As a Senior Claims Adjuster, Casualty and Litigation, you will be part of our Digital Distribution team and play a key advisory role in supporting digital initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitor and analyze the day-to-day operations of the acquisition program to identify areas for improvement and recommend solutions to optimize performance.
  • Foster strong relationships with broker partners across West, Ontario, and Atlantic Canada to strengthen the acquisition program and maintain open lines of communication.
  • Collaborate closely with stakeholders to address issues in a timely manner and establish effective relationships with Digital Distribution teams and other Intact departments.
  • Participate actively in digitally focused meetings to provide recommendations and input on program concerns, improvements, market trends, and customer experience.
  • Broaden awareness and champion the acquisition program within other business units at Intact.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Communication, or relevant field, supplemented by 3-5 years of project management, business analysis, continuous improvement, data analysis, or communication experience.
  • At least 1 year of experience in the damage insurance industry.
  • Excellent communication skills, including verbal, written, and visual abilities.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret results.
  • Naturally curious with a solutions-oriented mindset and the ability to proactively prioritize and manage several tasks simultaneously.
  • Comfortable interacting with people at all levels of the organization, including senior management, and brokers.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Leadership skills, independent work capabilities, and a team player attitude.
  • A thorough understanding of personal and commercial lines damage insurance is a significant asset.
  • Bilingualism (English/French) is an asset.
