About the Role

As a key member of the VEGPRO INTERNATIONAL INC. team, the Crop Management Supervisor plays a vital role in ensuring the success of our agricultural operations. Reporting to the Farm Manager, this position is responsible for planning, organizing, coordinating, and directing food safety and agronomic operations in accordance with established standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze and implement effective strategies to optimize crop yields and quality.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive plans for food safety and agronomic operations, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address operational challenges and opportunities for improvement.
  • Provide guidance and support to team members to ensure the successful execution of daily operations.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and new technologies to continuously improve operational efficiency and effectiveness.
Requirements
