Crop Management Supervisor

At VEGPRO INTERNATIONAL INC., we are seeking a highly skilled Crop Management Supervisor to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, organizing, and directing food safety and agronomic operations according to established standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyze and implement effective crop management strategies to ensure optimal yields and quality.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with farm managers and other stakeholders to ensure seamless operations.
  • Monitor and control the use of materials and equipment to ensure compliance with established standards.
  • Identify and implement opportunities for process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in crop management and agronomic operations.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
