About the Role

We're seeking a seasoned Senior Director to lead our Sales Operations team and drive strategic growth initiatives. As a key member of our GTM Strategy & Insights leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales planning and operational strategies that support our overall performance and effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead Sales Operations Team: Foster a culture of collaboration, achievement, and continuous learning among your team members.
  • Drive Enterprise Revenue Modeling: Collaborate with sales leadership to develop and execute sales forecasts and growth strategies.
  • Process Improvement: Deliver strategic improvements and efficiencies for sales processes, tools, and systems to ensure our sales organization meets and exceeds sales goals.
  • Strategic Partnership: Act as a key strategic partner to sales leaders, anticipating and overcoming issues and/or roadblocks within the sales operations process.
  • Sales Data Analysis: Operationalize sales data into strategic business insights and ensure leadership is informed on trends and risks.
  • Sales Technology Management: Own the sales technology stack, continually evaluating current technology and identifying expansion and efficiency opportunities.
  • Vendor Management: Consult with sales teams to gather needs, drive IT, procurement, and biztech teams to achieve results, and direct negotiations with vendors as needed.
  • Sales Playbooks: Develop and execute sales playbooks for bringing new products to market.
  • Sales Recognition Programs: Design and execute sales recognition programs, SPIFFs, sales kickoffs, and QBRs.
Requirements
  • Leadership Experience: Advanced level of experience in a high-growth and fast-paced SaaS environment, with proven global leadership experience and knowledge of sales operations, planning, and strategy development.
  • Sales Automation and CRM Systems: Deep expertise on sales automation and CRM systems.
  • Complex Concept Understanding: Proven ability to dive into complex concepts, define value propositions, and champion the voice of sales.
  • Influence and Decision Making: Consistently chooses the best course of action to address business problems and/or opportunities.
  • Commitment to Results: Consistently achieves results, demonstrating high performance and challenging self and others to deliver results.
  • Open Communication: Clearly conveys thoughts, both written and verbally, listening attentively and asking questions for clarification and understanding.
