Senior Director of Sales

Join Tipalti, a leading fintech company, as we continue to revolutionize the way businesses manage their financial operations. We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Director of Sales to lead our Go-To-Market (GTM) Sales Operations team.
About the Role:The Senior Director of Sales will be responsible for driving sales growth, improving sales efficiency, and enhancing the overall sales experience. This role will require strong leadership, strategic thinking, and excellent communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and improve sales efficiency
- Lead the GTM Sales Operations team to ensure seamless execution of sales processes and strategies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Marketing, and Finance, to align sales strategies with business objectives
- Develop and maintain sales metrics and analytics to inform sales strategies and optimize sales performance
- Partner with Sales Enablement to create and update sales documentation, training programs, and tools to support sales teams
- Own and refine the Sales Productivity model to support planning and actuals of effectiveness of field resources
- Drive competitive intelligence and strategy definition across core industry verticals
- Responsible for driving and project managing ad hoc sales projects as needed
- Undergraduate degree in finance, accounting, or business, or equivalent experience
- ~12+ years' related sales, go-to-market strategy experience, preferably in a high growth mid-market fintech environment
- Proven strong project and time management experience
- Analysis data to make informed recommendations and derive actionable plans
- Ability to transform data into strategic direction and develop and execute on project plans with cross-functional support from stakeholders
- Proficient at Developing Exec Level Presentation content and summaries
- Hybrid working model that requires you to be in the Toronto office Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday
