Are you a results-driven professional with a passion for delivering high-performing applications? We are seeking a talented Program Manager to join our team at Royal Bank of Canada.

What is the Opportunity?

As a Program Manager, you will be responsible for organizing and coordinating processes and procedures for all project teams to follow within the program. You will track progress against project milestones and hold others accountable for assigned tasks. You will also serve as a liaison and build bridges among project teams within the program, translating corporate objectives into program objectives and practices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Planning and monitoring program development to ensure that quality standards and goals are achieved.
  • Managing all aspects of an organizational program to ensure all projects within the program are implemented, accepted, and accomplished within a set deadline.
  • Identifying any barriers to successful program execution and escalating as appropriate.

Requirements:

  • 10+ years relevant industry experience in managing large-scale Enterprise Programs.
  • Strong financial acumen and performance monitoring.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Ability to clearly present complex items in a digestible format, focusing the narrative for purpose and direction.
