Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the Cardiac Cath Lab team, including data entry, reporting, and document management.
  • Manage document distribution, including photocopying and collating for filing and mailing.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date filing systems, both manual and computerized.
  • Assist with patient registration, ordering, and transcription as needed.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, visitors, and staff to ensure a welcoming atmosphere.

Requirements:

  • Diploma in Office Administration, Health Office Administration Certificate, or equivalent experience.
  • Familiarity with Meditech applications, Microsoft Office, and medical terminology.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills, along with excellent customer service abilities.
  • Proficiency in organizing time effectively and maintaining positive relationships with colleagues.
