Overview

Aerosports Parks is seeking a skilled Procurement Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in purchasing, procurement, and contracts.

This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work well under pressure. The successful candidate will be responsible for assigning projects and programs to the purchasing and warehouse departments across the organization.

The selected individual will also oversee the evaluation of the cost and quality of goods or services, manage contracts, review purchase order claims and contracts to determine compliance with company policy, and advise senior management on procurement-related matters.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Assign projects and programs to the purchasing and warehouse departments across the organization.
  2. Oversee the evaluation of the cost and quality of goods or services.
  3. Manage contracts.
  4. Review purchase order claims and contracts to determine compliance with company policy.
  5. Advise senior management on procurement-related matters.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in purchasing, procurement, and contracts.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant software.
