We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Accounts Payable Clerk to join our team at Whistler Personnel Solutions.
Responsibilities:- Process and manage accounts payable transactions, ensuring timely and accurate payment to vendors.
- Verify and reconcile invoices, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including ledgers and journals.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve payment discrepancies and ensure smooth financial operations.
- Registered Apprenticeship certificate in a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in accounts payable or a related field.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
