Job Title: Secondary Library Technician

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Secondary Library Technician at the Dufferin-Peel Catholic District School Board.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing support to our library staff in maintaining a well-organized and efficient library environment. This includes assisting with cataloging and processing library materials, shelving books, and providing excellent customer service to students and staff.

Responsibilities:
  • Assist with cataloging and processing library materials
  • Shelve books and maintain a well-organized library environment
  • Provide excellent customer service to students and staff
  • Support library staff with various tasks and projects
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Previous experience in a library setting an asset
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
What We Offer:

We offer a competitive salary range of $1,151.25/week to $1,316.34/week, as well as a comprehensive benefits package and opportunities for professional growth and development.
