Job Title: Construction Project Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Construction Project Manager to join our team at BC Limited. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of construction projects from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and manage project budgets, schedules, and resource allocation plans.
  • Recruit, hire, and supervise a team of construction professionals, including project coordinators, engineers, and contractors.
  • Coordinate with clients, architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure project requirements are met.
  • Conduct site visits to monitor progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions.
  • Develop and implement quality control programs to ensure projects meet safety and quality standards.
  • Prepare and submit project reports, including progress updates, budget variances, and risk assessments.
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of experience in construction project management.
  • Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Proficiency in project management software, including MS Project, Asana, or Trello.
