Job Title: Construction Project Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Construction Project Manager to join our team at BC Limited. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of construction projects from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and submit detailed construction project budget estimates
  • Recruit, hire, and supervise a team of construction professionals
  • Develop and implement project schedules and milestones, and monitor progress to ensure timely completion
  • Establish and maintain quality control procedures to ensure high-quality construction
  • Read and interpret blueprints, schemas, and drawings to inform project decisions
  • Manage project budgets and ensure financial transparency
  • Direct the purchase of building materials and land acquisitions
  • Develop and implement quality control programs to ensure compliance with industry standards
  • Prepare regular project reports to stakeholders
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of experience in construction project management
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail
  • Organized and team-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality results
