Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, providing support and guidance on benefits and rewards-related inquiries.
  • Collaborate with Relationship Leads to understand client strategies and coordinate with business units to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Manage and coordinate client meetings, annual planning sessions, and onboarding processes.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, identifying opportunities for revenue growth and expansion of services.
  • Work closely with producers to establish relationships with prospective clients and support new business development initiatives.

Requirements

  • Post-secondary degree or diploma in a relevant field, such as business or commerce.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • High emotional intelligence and a keen business acumen.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on delivering results.
  • Life insurance license required within 12 months of employment.
