Aon is seeking a seasoned professional to fill the position of Delivery Lead - Consultant. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing client deliverables and ensuring timely project management.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, providing support and guidance on benefits and rewards-related inquiries.
- Collaborate with Relationship Leads to understand client strategies and coordinate with business units to ensure successful project delivery.
- Manage and coordinate client meetings, annual planning sessions, and onboarding processes.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, identifying opportunities for revenue growth and expansion of services.
- Work closely with producers to establish relationships with prospective clients and support new business development initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and maintain accurate records of client interactions.
Requirements
- Proven experience in the health benefits industry, with a strong understanding of related business practices.
- Post-secondary degree or diploma in a relevant field, such as business or commerce.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
- High emotional intelligence and a keen business acumen.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on delivering results.
- Life insurance license required within 12 months of employment.
