Business Analyst Opportunity

Randstad Canada is seeking a skilled Business Analyst to join our team. As a Business Analyst, you will play a key role in developing a Corrections, Incident Reporting and Tracking Management System for the Community Safety and Correctional Services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct stakeholder analysis and business needs assessment
  • Develop and maintain business requirements documentation
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement system solutions
  • Ensure alignment with Ministry of Government Services' processes and standards
  • Research and document system comparisons and cost-benefit analyses
Requirements:
  • Business Analysis certification or equivalent experience
  • Senior knowledge and experience with technology projects, including.NET and Cloud Technologies
  • Previous experience as a lead or primary Business Analyst on large I&IT projects
  • Excellent communication and facilitation skills
