Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Engineering Lead - Mechanical to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the maintenance and repair of our mechanical systems, ensuring optimal performance and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead Maintenance and Repair Efforts
    • Conduct research and analysis to identify areas for improvement in our mechanical systems
    • Develop and implement maintenance schedules and programs to ensure optimal performance
    • Supervise and inspect the installation of mechanical systems to ensure compliance with industry standards
  • Supervise and Train Team Members
    • Supervise a team of technicians and engineers to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties
    • Develop and implement training programs to enhance team members' skills and knowledge
  • Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams
    • Work closely with production, quality, and engineering teams to ensure seamless integration of maintenance activities
    • Collaborate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of spare parts and materials
Requirements
  • Education and Experience
    • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field
    • Minimum 1 year of experience in maintenance engineering or a related field
  • Skills and Knowledge
    • Mastercam CAD/CAM software
    • AutoCAD software
    • Project management software
    • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Work Environment
    • Fast-paced manufacturing environment
    • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
