We are seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Engineering Lead to join our team at J&T MACHINE KNIFE INC. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our mechanical systems and equipment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct research and analysis to identify opportunities for improvement in mechanical system design and operation.
  • Develop and implement maintenance standards, schedules, and programs to ensure optimal equipment performance and minimize downtime.
  • Supervise and inspect the installation of mechanical systems, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.
  • Investigate mechanical failures and develop corrective actions to prevent future occurrences.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan and manage projects, including preparing estimates, reports, and design specifications.
  • Supervise and mentor technicians, technologists, and engineers, providing guidance and support to ensure successful project outcomes.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in maintenance engineering or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, including design, operation, and maintenance.
