Job Title: Construction Labourer - Site Operations

About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Construction Labourer to join our team at ALFIE CONSTRUCTION LTD. As a Construction Labourer, you will be responsible for assisting in the construction process, including loading and unloading materials, erecting scaffolding, and performing routine maintenance work.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Loading and unloading construction materials
  • Erecting and dismantling scaffolding, ramps, and other structures
  • Assisting in framing houses, erecting walls, and building roofs
  • Performing routine maintenance work
  • Cleaning up chemical spills and other contaminants
  • Removing rubble and other debris at construction sites
  • Directing traffic at or near construction sites

Requirements:

  • Physically demanding work environment
  • Ability to handle heavy loads
  • Up to 23 kg (50 lbs) weight handling
  • Steel-toed safety boots
  • Will train
  • Permanent employment
  • 32 hours per week

Working Conditions:

The successful candidate will be required to work in a physically demanding environment, handling heavy loads and working at heights. Steel-toed safety boots are required for this role.
