Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Store Manager to join our team at Kravings Diner Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our store, including staff management, inventory control, and customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and motivate a team of sales associates to achieve sales goals and provide excellent customer service
  • Conduct inventory management, including ordering and receiving merchandise, and maintaining accurate inventory records
  • Implement visual merchandising and store displays to drive sales and enhance customer experience
  • Monitor and control store expenses, including labor costs, inventory, and supplies
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets
  • Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer complaints and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
Requirements
  • 2+ years of retail management experience
  • Proven track record of achieving sales goals and improving customer satisfaction
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
