Business Analyst Architect

At beBee Professionals, we are seeking a highly skilled Business Analyst Architect to lead our team in Toronto. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in business analysis, process improvement, and system design.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyze business requirements and develop comprehensive business analysis models
  • Develop and maintain process documentation, ensuring seamless system integration
  • Identify areas of improvement and develop innovative solutions to drive business growth
  • Develop and maintain system design documents, user interface designs, and test plans
  • Develop and maintain system implementation, training, and support plans
  • Develop and maintain system security, performance, backup, and disaster recovery plans
  • Develop and maintain system documentation, change management, configuration management, and version control plans
  • Develop and maintain system integration, deployment, monitoring, optimization, and troubleshooting plans
  • Develop and maintain system user guides, user manuals, user training materials, and user support materials
  • Develop and maintain system user feedback materials, feedback surveys, feedback reports, feedback analysis, and feedback recommendations
