At Vintage Hotels, we're seeking a skilled Server/Bartender to provide exceptional guest service and contribute to our team's success. Key responsibilities include:

* Delivering personalized service to every guest, ensuring a memorable experience
* Communicating effectively with guests and colleagues to ensure seamless service
* Participating in opening and closing duties, maintaining a clean and organized environment
* Managing cash floats and deposits, adhering to standard operating procedures
* Providing exceptional food and beverage knowledge, making recommendations to enhance the guest experience

Requirements:

* 2-3 years of serving experience, with bartending experience preferred
* Smart Serve certification required
* Excellent food and wine knowledge
* Ability to work weekends and holidays
* Knowledge of local area
* First Aid and/or CPR training considered an asset
* Previous up-selling and/or sales experience considered an asset
