About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Regulatory Affairs Specialist to join our Global Product Development Regulatory (PDR) team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for supporting the introduction of novel pharmaceutical products to patients worldwide.

As a Regulatory Affairs Specialist, you will have the opportunity to work on diverse projects, collaborate with global drug development teams, and engage in knowledge sharing and peer support. You will be responsible for understanding and applying business processes to deliver foundational regulatory deliverables, improving prioritization and time management skills, and grasping the vision of the Roche organization.

This is a 2-year work term opportunity, and you will have the chance to rotate into another Product Development function or specialize further in PDR. You will be based in Mississauga, ON, and will work in a hybrid environment.

What You'll Need
  • A minimum qualification of a first degree in a life sciences, biological sciences, biology, chemistry, Pharmacy, or related field before the start of the program.
  • Basic understanding of drug development and entry-level understanding of the role of a regulatory professional.
  • Maximum 1 year relevant pharmaceutical experience post-last degree.
  • Demonstrates a learning mentality, engages in personal growth, and actively seeks and acts on feedback.
