WSP Canada is seeking a skilled Project Manager - Mechanical Engineer to join their team in the Gatineau, Montreal, or Quebec region.

As a key member of the team, the successful candidate will be responsible for managing projects from start to finish, ensuring timely delivery, and maintaining high-quality results. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mechanical engineering, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.


Key Responsibilities:
  1. Manage project scope, timelines, and budgets to ensure successful project delivery.
  2. Lead project teams, including engineers, technicians, and other stakeholders, to achieve project goals.
  3. Develop and implement project plans, including risk management and quality control strategies.
  4. Collaborate with clients to understand project requirements and deliverables.
  5. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry standards.
  6. Monitor and report project progress, identifying and mitigating potential risks and issues.

Requirements:
  1. Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or a related field.
  2. Professional Engineer (P.Eng.) license from the Order of Engineers of Quebec.
  3. Minimum 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in a mechanical engineering consulting firm.
  4. Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  5. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
  6. Bilingualism in French and English is an asset.
