Baker Tilly Canada Cooperative is seeking a Lead Tax Consultant to enhance our dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities- Collaborate closely with Tax Partners and fellow tax professionals to design and execute tax planning strategies for clients.
- Oversee the preparation and review of individual and corporate tax filings.
- Conduct thorough technical research and document tax planning recommendations.
- Guide, mentor, and develop junior staff members.
- Work in conjunction with peers and senior management to ensure timely file planning and completion.
- Engage in other relevant accounting functions as required.
Ideal candidates will possess:
- 3 to 5 years of public accounting experience with a focus on taxation and a recognized professional designation.
- Successful completion or active pursuit of the In-Depth Tax Program.
- Strong technical expertise in Canadian tax matters.
- A genuine enthusiasm for tax-related work.
