Key Responsibilities
  • Team Leadership: Supervise and coordinate the activities of our food service staff, providing guidance and support to ensure that they are meeting our high standards.
  • Quality Control: Ensure that all food and service meet our quality control standards, maintaining a clean and safe environment for our customers.
  • Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory, ensuring that we have the necessary supplies to meet customer demand.
  • Customer Service: Address customer complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service.
  • Reporting and Record Keeping: Prepare and submit reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters, maintaining accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a food service supervisory role
  • Language: English
  • Work Hours: 32.5 hours per week
