Metergy Solutions Inc. is a leader in submetering services, offering a unique opportunity for a Business Analyst to join our Strategy & Corporate Development team within Finance. The incumbent will support various business initiatives in the organization, including performing Business & Financial Analyses, investigating challenges, and preparing Management Presentations.

This role requires strong analytical and organizational capabilities, with experience in business or financial analysis. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to maintain relationships between Finance and various operational departments within the organization.

**Responsibilities**

The incumbent will be responsible for:

  • Supporting the active projects of the Strategy & Corporate Development team.
  • Coordinating, monitoring and contributing in a business or financial capacity on active projects to meet organizational goals.
  • Preparing monthly Management Business Review presentations for senior leadership.
  • Effectively contributing to organizational transformation projects such as Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), new market entry, acquisitions, and other strategic multi-year initiatives.
  • Conducting workshops, meetings, and discussions with members across the organization as part of your daily activities.
  • Maintaining documentation regarding various projects, processes, and operations.
  • Engaging and building strong relationships with project sponsors and stakeholders to incorporate their goals, and instill confidence to ensure alignment to and adoption of solutions.
  • Helping standardize organizational processes to increase efficiency around KPI gathering, cost analysis, and deal pricing.
  • Assisting in annual insurance renewal process and with any ad-hoc requests related to the corporate insurance program.
