Restaurant Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Assistant Restaurant Manager to join our team at Soul Restaurants Canada Inc. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities- Plan and execute daily restaurant operations, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and cash handling.
- Develop and implement operational procedures to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Lead and motivate a high-performing team, providing coaching and feedback to ensure excellent service delivery.
- Monitor and control costs, including labor, inventory, and supplies.
- Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and timely manner.
- Collaborate with the management team to achieve business objectives and drive sales growth.
- 1-2 years of experience in a restaurant management role.
- College diploma or equivalent in a related field.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Knowledge of restaurant operations, including inventory management and cash handling.
