Restaurant Operations Manager
**Job Summary**
Soul Restaurants Canada Inc is seeking a skilled Restaurant Operations Manager to oversee the daily operations of our restaurant. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of our kitchen, front-of-house, and back-of-house operations.
**Responsibilities**
* Manage and maintain inventory, including ordering and receiving supplies
* Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to team members
* Develop and implement cost-saving initiatives to improve profitability
* Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain a clean and safe working environment
* Provide exceptional customer service and resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner
**Requirements**
* 1-2 years of experience in a restaurant management role
* College diploma or equivalent in a related field
* Strong leadership and communication skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
