About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Retail Sales Associate to join our team at Bell Canada. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and sales support to our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide personalized sales support to customers, helping them find the right devices and plans for their needs
  • Work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple customer interactions simultaneously
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and preferences
  • Stay up-to-date on new technologies and services, providing expert advice to customers
  • Meet or exceed sales targets, while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction
